To commend the advanced, enhance the sense of belonging, further stimulate employees' enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity, create a positive and favorable working atmosphere, and achieve clear rewards and punishments. On November 11, 2024, Guangdong and Xinda held the monthly commendation conference for outstanding employees in October, and all employees of the company participated in the commendation conference.
The conference first saw Manager Zhang from the Human Resources and Administration Department read out the "Decision on Commending Outstanding Employees in October 2024" and the list of outstanding employees. Outstanding employees were selected from the "Compression Division" and "PCB Division". Manager Zhang announced that the personnel had come on stage to receive their awards, and the company's Vice General Manager presented them with certificates and bonuses.

14 outstanding employees of the PCB pressing division;
10 outstanding employees of the "Internal Pressure Division" and 14 outstanding employees of the "PCB Pressure Division" took a group photo as a souvenir;Next, excellent employee representative Zhou Anbo took the stage to give a speech. Zhou Anbo first thanked Hexinda for providing a working platform for all employees represented by him. Through his own efforts, leadership training, and colleagues' care, he and Hexinda have taken one step at a time and witnessed the development and growth of Hexinda, as well as his continuous maturity and steady improvement of work skills. Looking ahead to future work, Zhou Anbo stated that he will lead by example and set a good example, inspiring all colleagues to "roll up their sleeves and work hard"!
Finally, Vice President Zhan pointed out in his concluding speech that the steady development of the company cannot be achieved without the hard work of all employees, and fully affirmed and highly praised their achievements.
